Tracking your order
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If it hasn't updated after 5 days, reach out and we'll look into it right away.
Returns & exchanges
Not the right fit? You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Item should be unused and in its original packaging
- Email hello@calmscreen.shop with your order number to start a return
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or wrong, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund — no need to ship anything back.
